At Focus Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality photo and video editing services customized to each client’s needs. Since every project is tailored, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of our digital and creative work.

1. General Policy

All our services are digital and personalized. Once a project begins and editing work has started, the payment becomes non-refundable. Each client receives a unique, customized outcome, and therefore, we cannot reuse or resell the work created.

However, Focus Studio is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not happy with the initial output, we offer reasonable revisions as outlined in your selected service package. Our team will work closely with you to make adjustments wherever possible.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You have been charged twice for the same project due to a technical error.

  • You placed an order but did not receive your project within the agreed delivery timeframe, and no update was provided by our team.

  • A payment was made accidentally for a service not initiated or agreed upon.

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Ineligible Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The editing work has already started or been delivered.

  • You change your mind after approving the project.

  • You provide unclear or incomplete instructions that lead to unsatisfactory results.

  • The issue is beyond Focus Studio’s control (e.g., poor source footage, missing files, or late client responses).

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before work begins. Once editing has started, the project is considered in progress and non-refundable.

5. Disputes

In the rare case of a billing or quality dispute, Focus Studio encourages open communication. Our goal is to resolve any concern fairly and quickly while maintaining professionalism and transparency.
